Weekly Challenge


For some this week's challenge may be simple, while others may have some shopping to do! We challenge you to eat at least one fruit or veggie with two of your three meals every day this week! You got it—everyday. We're going to go out on a limb here and exclude French fries as a vegetable on this one. We're talking real life good for you produce. If you already struck out with breakfast this morning be sure to stick to the challenge for lunch and dinner. Enjoy!
