Weekly Challenge


This week we'll dive into core strength a bit. Let's all flex our stomachs for 30 seconds three times a day. You choose when (I'm going to do it just before breakfast, lunch, and dinner so I don't forget). Don't forget to breath while flexing... we don't want anyone passing out on us. Good luck and enjoy!
