Challenge: No sugar for a whole week. We're talking refined sugar here. You got it... that means no soda, candy, dessert, etc. It's just a week, we can do it!

Last September I decided to eat no sugar for six weeks. I went cold turkey the next day, and I did it for eight weeks. I got a little off track from Thanksgiving to New Years, but I am ready to get back on the wagon. This time I will be joined by my older brother and by Unicty's Global Marketing Manager Ann Schreck.
The 100 days begins today. We can't eat candy, desserts or soda. Join is if you dare!
