Weekly Challenge

Challenge: No sugar for a whole week. We're talking refined sugar here. You got it... that means no soda, candy, dessert, etc. It's just a week, we can do it!

I know the week is only half way over but boy has this challenge been tough on me. I now realize what a role sugar has played in my daily menu. I'll try to be more conscious of the foods I ingest from here on out.
